Question about the nba draft rules?

i'm a high school basketball player, and i want to get drafted into the nba. but i want to playcollegeball first.

my question is :

do i have to play for an ncaa d-1 school or can i play in other kinds of colleges?

i'm just asking cuz i'm not familiar with the draft rules

hey how old r u , u cant just want to be in the nba straight from h.skool it depends u wouldve been on the news tv and saying ima be drafted.
if you played good ball in a ncaa d-1 school it would look better than lower level colleges, and only if you play good. and good luck :)

First of all, you have to play in college, no matter what. Second, if you are NBA quality, D-1 schools will be scouting you. You should go to a D-1 school if you really are NBA quality. If you don't you have to absolutely tear up D-2. 90% of people who actually play in the NBA went to acollegethat had a good basketball team when they were there.
