several players possess a different kind of crossovers but i give my vote to AI. i still remember him doing the crossover to MJ, one of the game's best defenders. for all-time best crossover master: tim hardaway (especially his between the legs crossover). he does it in a simple fluid motion. i don't see it anymore among the current players.
The player w/ best crossover right now is Allen Iverson, you can never predict where he goes to, to the right or to the left, it doesn't matter, he's going to break your ankle.
Right now and still is...Allen "The Answer" Iverson, but D Wade also has a great crossover and really gets his defenders going the wrong way...

mainly any body who likes to drive because they use the cross over to gain a step on you and have opening to the basket just because you know how to cross doesnt mean it all ways work though
